Dear readers,
another challenging year comes to an end. And just as always, we are here for you in these turbulent times. Just recently we met with Julius Bosak, our new representative in the USA, and discussed the wide range of opportunities for international companies in Hessen.
We also had an interesting conversation with Geely's Frank Klaas (Vice President Communications Europe), Meng Zhu (PR Specialist), and Stefan Kammerer (Business Project Manager). The Chinese car manufacturer Geely opened its new Lotus Tech Innovation Centre in Hessen. We visited the place where the new Lotus sports car will be developed and had a discussion full of superlatives, touching on Germany’s largest Chinese community, the most expensive potholes in Hessen, and the region’s largest EV charging park.
In this newsletter you will also find out about the new International Sustainability Standards Board, how our international network can support you, and why people from all over the world enjoy our region – not only during Christmas time.
Wishing you and your loved ones happy holidays and a good start to the new year.
