The 15 billion euros investment was inaugurated in 2014. The plant produces metal compound panels made from aluminum, steel, or titanium with a plastic core. More than 20 employees were hired to get the operation off the ground. The capacity is to be gradually increased, creating about 50 new jobs in the long term. The intended production volume of compound panels for 2015 is between 1 and 1.5 billion square meters, the sales target amounts to 20 to 30 billion euros by the end of 2015.
